I took video of him practicing the trombone today. He's in the jazz band and coming along nicely. I really liked watching the girls dance to his music.

Department retreat

Our department had a retreat up the canyon this week. Some of us went golfing. I took this picture on the course.

She really liked the fire trucks and ambulance. Mom didn't like the way they were able to get strapped in the bed and loaded into the ambulance. it was a fun day.

Kevin's Eagle project - Cell phone recycling

Well Kevin was doing his Eagle scout project recently. His project was to raise awareness about the dangers cell phones cause when they get thrown in landfills. So he's also collecting cell phones from people to recycle. Because he's raising awareness, we decided to let him use this blog to post pictures from his drive he had a the local grocery store one Saturday.

Piso en San Sebastian

Well, Elisa's parents are doing work of renovation on the piso they inherited from her dad's parents. since they hsven't posted any pictures, Elisa and her sisters asked me to do it while I am here.

This is the entryway and part of the kitchen. The wall is the new walll dividing the piso into two.
