We had a blast working together today. Kevin says "we should do this more often."

He says his favorite part was "watching the news, especially when the weather section messed up and seeing the Jazz highlights in sports."

Kevin came to my work today as part of a class project. He got to see me teaching students and sit in on our daily news broadcast.

Kevin ice fishing

Well we took Kevin's scout troop ice fishing this weekend at a mountain lake (about 8900 feet elevation). The ice was about 12 inches thick and the troop had fun but only caught two fish. Lots of bites but only two caught. It was fun until the wind started howling and it got cold.

It was a gorgeous day and Kevin had fun. He was glad he didn't catch anything when he saw that those who did had to clean the fish.
